NO HASSLE 30 DAYS RETURN !
Your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with the product that you receive from us, as we only sell high quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item(s) in its original condition which have not been WORN, SCRATCHED or WASHED.

If the item is out of stock, we'll notify you right away.
All merchandise has to be in its original packaging. Please indicate a reason for your exchange on the invoice that was included with the shipment. Items returned without original packaging will be returned to customer.

You may EXCHANGE or RETURN merchandise by mail within 30 DAYS (see exceptions below) of receipt of purchase. You will receive a full refund LESS shipping. Please include your name, order number and a short note stating the reason for return/exchange. Your feedback is very important to us!

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

The wholesale orders are non refundable as these are prepared according to the peculiar requirements of each customer. unless the items arrive damaged. Please email us in 48 hours about damaged or incorrect items with codes and quantities. Please purchase a few samples before making LARGE WHOLESALE ORDERS. 30% restocking fee may be applied.

Customer is responsible for return shipping expense. Insurance & delivery confirmation on returns is strongly recommended. All refunds will be awarded upon return of the merchandise in proper condition.

Order Processing Information :-
Please note that the price of special order merchandise is subject to change due to the nature of fluctuating prices with precious gems and precious metals in the market. Prices shown on the website often reflect the price for that one specific piece within our collection.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7 PM US CT (US Central Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. Evil Eye Store will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by Evil Eye Store within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account

Taxes:
Buyers are responsible pay for their own country custom duty if there is any. Please be aware that the delivery charges do not include local duties and taxes. We do not charge DUTY TAX on your orders however your countries may decide to charge you DUTY TAX on your order. in those cases, Nazarstore.com is not responsible for the DUTY. The recipient is fully responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs such as tariffs and duties. Sometimes customs will charge a fee and other times they will not. If you have any questions regarding tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective country...

Evil Eye Store ship Monday to Friday and not on weekends or public holidays.
We will not be responsible for any late delivery arising from factors beyond our control.
